About Us
Dignity in Motion is the natural development of our grass-roots organization, Kalamazoo Together Volunteers (KTV)

KTV is an organized hub for volunteers and small organizations working together to help struggling individuals and families in our community. It was started in 2021 and grew quickly to over 450 members, serving 2 meals per day to around 50 people.

The KTV Facebook page is very active with frequent communications, opportunities, meal trains, event signups, and regularly updated Amazon needs list.

With so much going on, and the desire to do more, Dignity in Motion is the logical next step.
What We Believe In
It is so easy to fall into a pattern of apathy as we go through our lives. Our organization was born out of a commitment to stop passing over the real issues of society, and deal with them head on. We have set out to aid those who need it most. Dignity in Motion is here to help, and we believe that change is possible when we put our hearts and minds to it.
At Dignity in Motion, everyone is welcome. We embrace diversity and value individuals irrespective of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity). Our commitment is to eliminate discrimination, ensuring accessible and inclusive programs where everyone’s voice is heard. Join us in building a future where differences strengthen our impact. All are welcome at Dignity in Motion – let’s create change together.
